The Debonair Plastic Filmtastic

I recently had the opportunity to get my grubby little paws on one of these little beauties.

It’s like the love child of a Diana and Holga with all the charms of both combined into one little plastic bundle of fun.

The Plastic Filmtastic takes 120 roll film. You’ll get 16 – 6×4.5 cm images per roll.

Light leaks are common and the soft focus lens is astounding. Double Exposures are easy, simply shoot and shoot again before winding.

If you are familiar with either the Diana or Holga cameras, the settings are similar; easy to use focal range and limited aperture settings which add to the fun.

The only issue I have is the lack of bulb mode, but it’s not a deal breaker especially at twenty dollars! The hot shoe is compatible with any flash. Want one?  Get one here.

I haven’t run any colour film through it yet but I’m very pleased with the Black and White Results.
